Good Mornin' Heartbreak

by Erica Hughes - Libra

Good Mornin' Heartbreak,
so nice to see you again,
thought I left you behind,
thought I found a lover and friend,
til' he left me one stormy night,
we had such a bad fight,
good morning heartache,
lover has told me goodbye.

Thought I was gonna be free,
thought he was loving me,
no longer the naive girl,
that I used to be,
Just smilin' these teardrops,
feelin' so sad,
wearin this smile,
like a porcelin, mask,
good mornin' heartbreak,
nice to see you again.

Good Mornin' heartbreak,
You Never let me down,
when love makes a fool of me,
no longer the naive girl,
that I use to be,
Good Mornin' heartbreak,
say good night to my man,
who just ain't in love with me.

I'll say good night to my love,
and good mornin'to heartbreak,
you make such a better friend,
love won't make no fool of me,
nice to see you again.
