In the innocence of a child, Listen to them and see... The things that are important to them, They ask from you and me. "Is there a monster under my bed?" "What's for lunch today?" "Is it time for the school bus yet?" "Can I go out and play?" For they don't think of violence, They don't think of hate... They don't think of government, Or the condition of the state. They love without question, As long as they know you care... They need that security of knowing, For them you will always be there. So look through the eyes of a child, For just one complete day... Maybe you will see the world, In a simpler, easier way.
