HOLLOW AND BLACK

by Erica Hughes - Libra

An Abyss.

Deep and narrow,

straight as an arrow,

won't you follow,

Black and Hollow,

Just a soul,

Too much to see,

what is it there,

and Black like me,

An Abyss.

Sweet and Narrow,

Straight like an arrow,

blood, that twist,

spills from wrist,

Black and Hollow,

Deep Abyss.

With pounding fist.

Strange like me,

See stranger things.

Black and Hollow,

Smelling sweet,

So you follow. . .

Heartattack, strange and Black,

shiny dreams,

like new cadillac,

Stranger fruit,

fall from trees,

Deep Abyss,

I am on my knees.

Watch you follow,

in the mud I wallow,

with smiling tears,

Black and Hollow?

Reason for writing:

Just freestyling, to see what springs forth from the depths of my mind. You Dig?
