Looking back I remember all the valleys I've traveled through I walked so many a lonely mile, before I walked towards You Searching for some answers that would bring me peace of mind I walked each and every pathway in the valley that I could find My burdens seemed so heavy, yet You were there to hold my hand You picked me up and carried me, for no longer could I stand You sent me down the darkest path, I was blinded as if by night I was humbled as I crawled around and pressed on towards the light The light I saw seemed so far off and life was dark and bleak As I crawled along You took my hand and helped me to my feet As I stood, I turned around, to see what I'd come through I was lost in life's lowest valley, saved by a man I barely knew Listen to these words my friend as my thoughts I now confide There is light down in the valley and you can reach the other side He bears your heavy burdens and your pain He understands He is with you in this valley, stretching out His nail scarred hands SLM
Reason for writing:
Life is not always good and we go thru a lot of valleys. In one of my valleys, I found a man to help me out. He had walked my valley long before I had. Next time your crawling around in a valley and life seems like it's all falling apart, look around, reach out for the nail scarred hands of Jesus, and He will lead you out of the valley.Birth sign: Libra
