Choosing the One by David Martin Choosing the One Is like a dove soaring peacefully above the sky ItÕs like falling down from heaven to see the one thatÕs been chosen Nobody knows who the chosen maybe because thatÕs the way its to be. It doesnÕt take looks to find the right one but its whatÕs really inside to know many people may think they chose the right one but how do they know, is it because think theyÕre cute,or is it because they sound so cool. You donÕt have to believe me, but just remember when the time comes to choose the one, follow the heart not the thought. 4-6-2000
Reason for writing:
The reason I wrote this poem was because of a girl I like But can't get the words out in front of her so I'm expressing my words in a poem and hopefully this will give me the strength to tell her.
