I'm addicted to this poetry page, Gee, do you really think? Just cause my laundry is piling up, Like the dirty dishes in my sink? First thing I do when I get a free minute, Is turn on the computer switch, Hurry up and download will ya? I'm really beginning to itch.... Do I read new stuff or look at comments? Man, this is really a blast.. So much fun to read others' works, And know mine are being read at last. So I've written this for fellow poets, This one's dedicated to you... You're the only ones who understand... Betcha all go through this too !!!
Reason for writing:
Wrote this one after my family started to tease me about my "addiction" lol...was meant to be a joke, but then reading other comments about how this page goes down and how frustrated you feel....well, I had to put it in. I think you were the biggest inluence on that decision, Des......have a great day poets !!!! :)
