Mirror, my friend.

by Kristina Harris - Aries

Oh mirror, my friend..
Oh precious reflector.
With you I can speak,
to you I perform..
every night in my one woman play..
You are my audience.

Oh mirror, my friend,
Tell me the truth..
Could you see me in movies?
Could you see me in plays?
Could others discover the art I display..
only to you?

Oh mirror, my friend,
Sit back and relax..
I've got an idea..
for a show..
Oh how I glow!
on my little stage..
if only they could see me..
THey will one day.

Oh mirrow, my friend.
I'll see you again.
When no one's around.
We'll be singing a gig..
that no one will hear and
no one will see.
(At least no one except
for the people who live
on the other side of the mirrow ya know!)
They look just like me, but my how they glow!
So turn on your lights..
and your high mirrored shine.
and HOW we'll perform.
It'll be most..
divine..

Reason for writing:

Just a fun one. I've performed for my mirror many times, whenI was
younger especially. I wonder if anyone else does? Hmmm...Comments?
