A memory

by Sonja H. van Schalm - Cancer

Black and white
is all I see right now
Colors faded away
The day
that the world stopped turning
when me and thee
suddenly
became nothing more than a memory.
Words
left behind
In every corner of my mind
Where I can still hear them
and remember our years together.
