how do words express all the happyness and how do tears show the whole of my sorrow years have past i've come a long way so fast but still i cry awake every night your impact on me people cant see i hide so well from letting you know i fell i say i don't hurt and then out my tears burst no more soul full of smiles no more nights when your mine gone forever my true soul mate

my life has been turned upside down by my ex lover who is very good at mind games i can not express in any words how he has tormented me but this is a try at letting him go.
