Insane like a lone man-
On this road-
A long highway-
Time to go south-
And desert myself-

Blurs-
Of Patches of green-
And yellow-
All scattered on the mountains side-
Why’d I wait so long-
To go on this ride-
God only knows-

Driving through myself-
A search thru a lone man-
Knuckles so white-
Gripping the wheel-
So tightly-
Just like when you-
Told me not to go-

Ah, baby-
I can kiss you from here-

Just don’t know if you’d do the same-

Got lost on these curves-
I’d see your body-
On every turn-
A beautiful woman’s body-
Got me shook up all inside-
