As You Layed There

by Vashita Aldridge - Cancer

" As You Layed There "

I watched you as you layed there still, yet the life of
 you remains in my heart,
one of these day's I'll meet you in heaven and we'll
 never have to part.

Holding you as you layed there resting in my hands,
watching you and wondering if this was really Gods plan.

Touching you as you layed there so lifeless and so cold,
your soul as bright as the sun, your body too tiny to hold.

One day I will be with you, maybe even your father and
 sister too,
though I never got the chance to tell you ... " dear son's
   I love you".

In loving memory of my four , " You are not forgotten".

Reason for writing:

Over the last few years I've lost 4 son's due to misscariages all around 4 1/2 months. After I lost my fourth son the doctor told me that it was to to a weak cervix. So God is still blessing me because I can still have children.
