I awake to the morning sun, Dancing across your face, You look so peaceful and content, Of a small sigh I hear a trace. Lying next to you, I simply watch, Not to disturb, I don't make a sound, Overwhelming feelings capture me, True love we have finally found. As I lie there next to you, A tiny tear glistens in my eye, Your eyes flutter open, you smile at me, Our love is such a natural high. Whispering sweetly, "Good morning hun", You gently pull me near, Softly brushing your lips across mine, Love in our eyes shines so clear.
