Marriages Ups & Downs
I never knew what I'd go through
On that day I said I do
For Better or Worse I will stand
But why does this marriage feel like a demand
Through sickness and health you promised you'd be
And most of the time, I feel there's only me
Where have all the good times gone
I never meant to do you wrong
Am I the only one who feels guilt
What kind of relationship have we built
I'm sorry you've been let down
But you're not the only one who wears a frown
My heart I did give to you
And my love is still as good as knew
Take the time and think of us
Control yourself and stop all the fuss
Breathe in deeply and rememeber when
We fell in love and it all began
