I see myself Jumping into a black hole, A pit of despair Clueless I awake Or so I thought The carniverous moon Eats me in a daze While I ponder My melting life. I think of lost loves And the one I'm losing. I think of who I'd like to love And who I'd love to hate. I think of the everdark void above And the white sparkles of hope scattered among it. I think of my life, Its courses, And my bubbling emotions. I think of the unknown death Looming ever closer to me With each breath I take. I wonder what it's like Dead. I wonder what it's like Alive. Reincarnation? Afterlife? No one can say Damn I wish my brain could comprehend. THIS SUCKS! As I stare into the intangible window I slowly drift on the sea Never to be found.
Reason for writing:
I had a similar experience as the poem. I awoke one night and couldnt go back to sleep, so, for some reason, I started pondering these things. Lol but i will always remember, I woke up at 2:42 A.M.
