Sonnet For No One Absence makes the heart grow weaker Withering like a neglected flower Thoughts of her make bleak days , bleaker Stretching long , the drawn out hour Prelude to a sleepness night Memories of the distant past Pondering my perpetual plight A hope that fades , as silence lasts Searching for some lost holy grail An apocryphal spark that burns like fire Making me prove life's worth, knowing if I fail I'll prove myself only a fool , a liar To fill the void , I hang my hopes on this Only time will tell if she exists
