Bleary Eyed

I woke up bleary eyed in the clouds of the sky
 Not knowing where I was, I accidentally jumped down
 And further and further down I fell, not knowing why
  And soon I came crashing into the ground
 I woke up bleary eyed in the clouds of the sky
 And I wish I could’ve always lived there
But I need to grasp reality, even though it makes me cry
And I realize that reality will take me nowhere
 I woke up in the morning bleary eyed
 With a swollen, tear-stained face
 Because the night before I cried and cried
And reality is not something I can ever embrace
