The Darkness of Death

The darkness of death is hovering above
You look everwhere but find no love
You think to yourself "someone else is leaving me"
With a knot in your stomach you wonder who it will be
You search everywhere with all your might
You search for days but find no light
Darkness is all you see
And from death you wish to be free
No matter how long you pray
Death is still here today
And all you can hear are people's gutwrenching cries
As another loved one slowly dies
