I love taking walks by the sea, Why don't you come with me? We will both be fine, Will you please be mine? This will be like a date, And I will not be late, A day you won't forget, And you won't be upset, We will watch the sun set, Quite romantic I bet, Just an evening with me? And all just from taking a walk by the sea. We will frolic and prance, Just don't ask me to dance, Because soon you will find, With the pain in your feet, You won't be all that kind, I'm a guy you won't meet, For I stepped on your toe, And I'll be filled with woe, You will smack me in the face, This is such a disgrace, And all just from taking a walk by the sea. Now I change my mind, The idea ain't so great, I do not like my fate, I don't think I'll be fine, And this crosses the line, This is all way too silly, Hey is your name Billy? Billy? Who's Billy? Just forget what I said, I'll go straight back to bed, I don't wanna feel pain, Is it starting to rain? I'll forget this whole thing, Now it's no joyous fling, This is a bad idea, And now I won't see ya, Just please let me be, And all just from taking a walk by the sea. Why spend so much time in the water, If I know I will end up all slaughtered, By some unknown stranger, Who ignores the danger, Of coming with me, And all just from taking a walk by the sea.
Reason for writing:
This was a spur of the moment thing done in
20 minutes while I was half-asleep. Consider
it divine inspiration if you will. This goes out
to ALL my friends.
