days and nights spent
shades of grey
wonderment in shadows
lackadaisical haze
drenching rain
rusting bones
curl in comfort
to a brighter tone
eyes close
through the warmest wave
wind bends
wrapping the sun I crave
sweat beads
from blankets tight
dreaming, over rainbows
&
dancing on light
turn out of sleep
hear the sound of rain...
thoughts bound in sunshine
&
i feel love in the pain
