if you could dream of your heart, what would you say to her?
would you tell her you loved her? would the words come to
mind and mouth.? what would you offer her, in her dream.
what you you give her, that she already does not possess in
her created world? would she love you. and would you know that
it was love? and not just your illusion of love, but love
unlike any you have ever known? a force that fills the sky
with the light from your own souls, blending like colours of
different hues and fragrances so varied yet sweetly intoxicating.
and all around, on the vast and lovely planes of memories, joyous
occasion does find itself flowing from one heart to another.
in this world which is her most treasured, you will find her
floating through the sky not like a bird, not like a cloud,
more like a human spectre in love with another. two shadows
who have no face, no fear, only unrestrained passion for
existing.

we became the sky itself when we realized that we were in
the same world. in this dream, the fullness of thirst for
each other was superceded only by the joy of knowing life.
the exchange of emotions and the streaming dulcimer music
that tied us, bonded us, that was ours to hold on to. that
we had never before met in another dream was beyond
depressing. it was mortifying, forgive me my love, for
never seeking you out. even when we were together.

forgive me for not finding the words to say on all those
lonely nights we were together.

my one feeling of completeness came only from you. from
knowing you had not left me like the others in my life.
so much energy is lost when your heart is freed. not from a
bad place. but from paradise itself.

we were only the winds and the earth. the sights and the
sounds of purity defined. we had blown into times of strength
and had tasted the colour of stars.

we found the riddle of the universe and made it a song.

that was our dream.
