Timeships

by Stuart Logan - Sagittarius

Timeships

When timeships from the future come into our lives
when timeships of the future come near
they will use you, and confuse you, and they'll stand by their rules
when timeships of the future are here

In one thousand years, beneath our great sun
we shall be ancestors, to what we've become
cast your mind forward, and imagine this day
timeships of the future are coming our way

From Jesus to Einstein, the clock has rolled on
in the year of three thousand, our cultures are gone
it's no science fiction, or new fairy tale
timeships from the future towards us will sail

We don't understand, when they appear
we can't be allowed to know they are here
they move to a different beat of a drum
timeships from the future towards us will come

Encrypted, abstracted, deceptive, - your sign?
reflect us your soul, it wont change the timeline
give us some hope, to an ancient E-mail
Send Love thats burning, or has the human race failed?
