ANTICIPATION

by Lushus - Pisces

Your eyes meet mine and see
my intent.
You grin as I go to our room,
promising to follow soon.

I wait.

The silk-like softness
of satin and lace
swirls about
perfume scented skin.

I wait.

Hmmmmm...the feel of crisp,
clean sheets,
sliding against
supple skin.

I wait.

Restless, expectation...
pictures of before, crowding
my mind, swelling my breasts.

I wait.

Pressing my thighs
tightly together,tempering
the flames of desire.

I wait.

Flickering candles cast
undulating shadows on the walls,
as the slow turning fan
swirls the sweet smelling
nectar of desire about the chamber.

I wait.

Fever burning,
pulse pounding,
panting, yearning...

I wait.

Knowing,
as Slumber overcomes,
I've been
rejected...
once more
