How do I know, If your feelings are true? How do I know That your words Are good as gold? I have no way to know, And I hope I never have to question them. You say you love me, And that there's no one else. But there are many miles Between us, And I have no way to know. I try to remember that Trust is the basis of a relationship. But I love you too much To think that I may not Be your only one. So please be there for me, To comfort me when I get worried. For that's all I need, To know that I'll always be able to trust you.
