expect nothing in return
love is the feeling that
consumes every part of me
love is to think of her
doing the little things
from saying hello to saying goodbye
love is to feel her pain
when she cries
love for me, to doubt her
truths if it were lies
love for me, could be temporary
if I might feel the same or more
for someone else
love for me, passed my life once
a girl said she loved me
and I, to this day, try to find it's meaning
love as I can see
is to end the day
with thoughts of her
love as I can describe
is the patience dealt
through arguments and other things endured
love is the repeated question
that will continuously pass the mind
love is running madly
running after you when you cry
love would be the bond
holding you and me
love is the hurt
that eats me inside
love is the feeling of distance
even if you're beside me
love is also the closeness
if your miles from me
