Bitter Sowing

by Person needing assistance - Aquarius

He worked tiredly in the field,
rethinking his life,
the loss of his sons,
and his beautiful wife.
This lonely dark place,
in which his stand,
nothing but heartache,
in this desolate land.
His soul sold for a price too cheap,
He sows, till his bones woe, but doesn't reap,
with a heart full of sorrow, ocean deep,
chained from ankle to toe.
He reminisces of her laughter,
but knows that she weeps,
suffers the turmoil of this harsh land,
was this the fury,
of God's powerful hand?
"Why have I been forsaken?
my God is not this cruel,
This the devil's making."
and the evils of when man rules.
