Daddy don't you dare

by Sue Bee - Virgo

greed
watch me crying
how could you be so vain
tipped over
and milked
leave her alone
she's only a child
she's only a child
hate
she didn't hate you
she should have
but she didn't
she loved you
you pretended to be a king for the hour
king of the bog of eternal stench
then she cried
and you made it hurt even more
you said
shut up girl
tough it out
be a big girl
Daddy shouldn't be touchy feely
Daddy shouldn't be doing that to her
Daddy shouldn't be hurting her like that
Daddy shouldn't
she'll grow up
and hate all men
then find one
just like you
so it could happen again
she'll get beat, raped, molested, and
abused in everyway
she'll do it for you, her Daddy
She'll love her Daddy in prision
She'll love her Daddy to go away
and stop hurting her
she'll love the paiin
she'll love the hurt
she'll love the blackness
inside her.
Daddy don't you dare

Reason for writing:

    empathy, mostly
something needs to be done about this
people need to see hear touch and feel this
and though I may not have first hand experienced this,
I am still connected to it
