1,000 tears I've cried
For this one little thing
That people have made

1,000 tears
For the week 
They are making me leave
My little world 

1,000
Tears, 
Prayers,
Words,

I have given to the
Calm heavens above
To please not make me go

I would have seen him
On the day of my birth
The one present I want

But they are flying me away
To a place few know of
My home on the sea.

1,000 tears I cry
Just so maybe... 
Maybe

I won't have to
Spend one more day
Without my love.
