outcast

by antwan fields - Aries

i stand before you today
an anomaly, never seen before
well, maybe that's stretching it
don't get sore
i dress funny, tell bad jokes and lie
then when they confront me , i must deny
what happens now, will happen again
and the potential for trouble is a perfect ten
i don't believe that
you run fast
and i wouldn't know, because
im the official outcast
no one wants me
everyone believes in fate
and for those who call themselves extreme
they believe in hate
i could spell better then them
and write better then them
my only wrong is
not fight better then them
i stand before you today
and look sad
cause the only chance to be in
was had
i walk around the block
tell my folks im going to a blast
but i never told them
im an outcast
so another day comes up
with no end in sight
to my exile to
the darkest corners of night
went fishing with dad
caught a big bass
there went my chance to explain
im an outcast
someone, somewhere, i reflect
is going through this
by the way,we ate
that huge fish
blink 182 is a great band
who knows how to jam
however, don't fall for the
flim-flam
you know the song
nice guys finish last
it's true, look who is
the outcast
my car happen to be
falling apart
and the way it looked
broke my heart
no one is coming
to my home
to sit on cruddy couches
made of foam
so here it is
out of gas
it's not so easy being
the outcast
