I looked up one night & saw a star I don't know why I've never noticed it before. I guess because it's like us. It's always been there. The days we'd mimick each other just for a laugh, The low whispers & deep secrets we shared. The innocence we once had, I dream of people I have met, places I've seen, there'd you always be-right by my side. For all the times you stood by me, the family fights, the given up dreams, the broken hearts. You'd be there to make me laugh & realize everything was going to be all right. It took time for us to understand what they meant by saying, there's no pain like the kind that comes from the opposite sex. You think you will never find love-well, I found love when I wasn't even looking for it. Love is like a fallen star, where it fallsleaves a scar. If you would only believe there's still a way out from the depression you feel & your life filled with doubt. Remember, every turn in life brings a new obstacle that has to be overcome. just wanting to experience life for just a minute with no problems, tears,fears, or anger in it Is something we all wish for. We've changed a lot in the time we've known each other, we've done things we've never done before, some we'd rather not do again. Even though you live so far, Just remember, you're on my mind wherever you are There is a whole world waiting for both of us.
