"The Way We Act" I act as if I don't ole you nothing, as if, for enternal life I only need a token. I walk around calling upon your name, then I walk with the devil playing his silly games, Lord you are always by my side, and I don't know how many times you,I denied, so why do you still love, care, and bless me, when I don't live like the person you rather for me to be? Never knowing when I called or needed you, there you would be, and all you tried to tell and show me was the truth, no matter how many lies I told, whenever I asked for forgiveness, you still came and saved my lonesome soul!!!
Reason for writing:
I watched so many christians walk out of church like they really seem to be what they really wasn't. And then when they seem to be down and about they would always ask God to come and help them get back on their feet. I'm really inspired by this poem because everyday this type of thing is happening and no matter who sees or does it nothig is really going to change at all. One simple reason why: God loves us all the same!!!
