She Said She said she was unwanted uncared for unloved unhappy with her life. I held her while she cried I knew better, but couldn't convince her otherwise, no matter how hard I tried I know she's always been the coveted one the loved one the wanted one but she, she never saw the truth. She was the one they all wanted, and I was their confidante, who kept their secrets until revealed. Now she knows. Difficult choices laid before her difficult words forced in her head difficult feelings left to wrestle with, but still, at least she knows now that she is wanted she is cared for she is loved, and now, just maybe she can learn to be happy with her life once again... -Jada Marie Andrews 7-28-00
