Anger

Anger is a disease,
that swells inside your body.
Fighting to get out,
and be released into the air.
But instead it sits inside,
and bubbles and boils.
It is something always on your mind,
can turn a kind person into aggressive.
Expression can cure,
this horrid feeling.
The realisation of the anger,
makes it easier to release.
Once it's gone,
make it stay away.
It is like a nightmare,
during the day.
Be rid of the evil,
and happiness fills your soul,
and shines out your eyes.
