I Promise To Die

No matter how hard I try,
everything makes me cry,
when I am reminded by my surroundings,
that my so called life, is meaningless, 
why dont I die?
Somedays no matter how hard I try,
I cant help but wonder if I am being punished,
for something I have not done,
If I could run,
I would meet the sun,
and disapear into the sky,
if things don't get any  better, I promise I will die.
the meaning of life has escaped me,
the darkest sides of this world has raped me,
shattering my innocence like glass,
leaving my heart shredded, bloody, and broken,
by memories of the past,
what can I do but try?
if it doesnt get any better, I promise I will die.
If I continue to cry, these down home blues,
I promise I will die,
without leaving blood on your shoes.
