I stand alone within these padded walls In which I have come to call home Bleeding my tears My forbidden joys of mercy and confusion I scream out my heart My soul My savior Screaming the wrath of a damsel in distress And yet there is no white knight to rescue me To take me from this hell that has become my life And allow me freedom from these chains I fight I hide I freak Out on all who dare try to ease me comfort Give me sympathy for all that I have lost For they can never understand Will never understand What you have meant to me They can do what they want to me Put me on pills Seek mental help They can take what they want of me My life My innocence But they can never take my love My memories of you Or burn shut my wounds For I will continue to bleed these wretched tears And the scars will remain upon these lips These eyes This heart Of the sadness I have lived within your death.
