I thank you for this church I have and what it means to me
I thank you for the love we share and the gift of harmony
So many all around us seem to battle satan's might
I pray that You will always be the focus of our sight
I pray that we will always be, ever humbled to our knee
And I pray we never overlook the blessed gift of unity
May we always be found faithful and focused on Your will
So if the storm clouds rage, we can echo, peace, be still
Examine all our hearts oh Lord and bring us to our knees
Create in us the mind of Christ through love and harmony
Remove all satan's power, place a hedge around this place
Seat the angels at our doorway and shower us with thy grace
I pray the only clouds we see are on the day You bring us home
A day when every eye shall see as You come to claim Your throne
My prayer is that we'll always be, ever humbled to our knee
And I pray we never overlook the blessed gift of unity
