Evening Of The Gecko

by Anthony M. Takach - Aquarius

Sky is black, as the day slowly turns it's back.
I can see the Gecko's yellow eyes staring into me.
It's long, swirling tail, it's cold black eyes make my skin grow pale. I turn around and see another, tounge is lashed out before my own eyes. I open them an hour lately to see the sunrise...
Oh, the evening of the gecko! All of them are free.
When night appears they open their minds, I set them free... evening of the gecko!
Sky is blue and I see none of you. Why'd you have to run away and hide? I am not dreaming, but I feel you in my heart, saying, "Please...let me alone." I turn away.
To face another day. Without the gecko. Without the gecko!
Oh, the evening of the gecko! All of them are free. When night appears they open their minds, I set them free...evening will live forever! In the gecko's heart...

Reason for writing:

The so called GECKO I am referring to is my friends, they seem to be so free during the evening and during the day they hide and lock themselves away, while at night it's party time!!!!!!
