Thinking of you, alone in the dark, my heart is where you left your mark. Through the years, I knew you were the one, but all you thought of was having some fun. My heart cried out for you to hear. It’s wishing that you were forever near. As the tears fall slowly down my face, the distance between us is what I want to erase. The problems, the heartache, the insecurities too. But they’re all nothing if only I had you. Even though the time we shared wasn’t very long, in your life, in your arms, is where I belong.
