Spending a lifetime looking for this love

So many years, Ive stumbled.
Falling over myself to find.
The "one" for me to spend forever,
And forever to be mine.
And never once did I imagine,
That love, so sweet and true.
Could wonder upon this weakened heart,
And bring it back to new.
You see, Ive been waiting my lifetime,
And in a single day.
I've found the love I've dreamt of
To carry me away.
And I pinch myself to make sure,
This isnt just a dream.
Ive found someone to spend my life with
And bless me with eternity.
I still dont quite believe it,
I question it being true.
How could I spend a lifetime searching,
And in one day, find my "one".
Find you.
