My mind is distracted and confused
Things always make my thoughts wonder away
Why you do you make things so perplexed?
It could so simple if you just let things be
Just what they are, and nothing more
Why can’t it be just you and me here?
Not someplace we could be or aren’t
Close your eyes feel what is happening
Right at this moment, in this spot
As I whisper sweet love things in your ears
And caress the softness of your skin
Does it feel good, are you not in heaven?
Right this moment and in this spot?
It does not have to be perplexed
Do you not see that right at this moment?
