The Girl

by Sarah Wuelling - Taurus

A tear runs down a gentle face,
from a girl that fells lost and out of place.
Her once full of life eyes,
now holds pain, anger, and lies.
Life as she knew it just faded away,
she brought this upon herself so here she must stay.
If she only knew then what she knows now,
maybe she could of stopped herself somehow.
She never knew it would bring so much pain,
enough to drive this girl completely insane.
So now she places her head in her hands,
and dreams about far way lands.
The kinds she knows she may never see,
she did this to herself so this is how this must be.
She's dieing inside,
even thought from the outside she appears alive.
This once quite girl whips the tear from her face,
for she found herslef in a awful place.
