Thoughts As I lay my head upon the pillow, In my cozy bed. Memories deprive my sleep, Idle thoughts intrude the mind. Conveying hours long encounters of emotions, Conferring restless aches upon the body, Alluring my tranquility. As the hourglass surpasses, Gaining countless hours of torments. Thoughts, unsurety, and uncertainty, Making mourning light pertain. Frivolous time obtrude my mind, To analyze life’s experiences Upon the earth. Awakening me, To reality and my emotions. As the heart aching deep inside, Not wanting to except, What I have seen and felt. Being ignorant myself, In ways and thoughts. Believing fairytale stories, Princess’s dreams. Believing in desires, And emotional expressions. Confronting reactions, Delicate, loveable and appropriate. Only to arriving at conclusions, That they are easing their mind, To feel no guilt.
