I took a drive down the highway today
After hearing some saddening news
It seems after going our seperate ways
She's already fell in love with someone new
And hear I am driving down the highway
With the weight of the world on my shoulders
Thinking of the far off fading day
Of how we would get married when we were older
I thought she never said goodbye
Even if I would never see her again
And now I'm left here to wonder why,
Why did this all end

Cause now I'm lonely
Only kept company by the love she left me
Now this love just keeps on growing
Even without her here with me
But someday he'll mean nothing
And once again, I'll be in the picture
I know all these emotions are in my heart for something
But until that day, I sure will miss her
