October’s Pain Strolling the edge of the beach shore, I would like, So that they may see me. The golden sand, The deep blue waters, And the pure white sky. To conquer and be strong As the rocks and waves. To be able to walk slowly With my eyes immovable And my mouth ajar. To comprehend the reason for hurting. And how it can be eliminated from my heart. Understand why the rocks break waves, And the birds eat the fishes. As not to awaken, And only see beauty. Not ever to loving and losing sight. Not never finding that person Within the sky or sea. Erasing and forgetting forever about her, As the sea does. Written: September 27, 2000Birth sign: Sagittarius
