Lost My Father

by April Burmeister - Sagittarius

When the stars are bright,
I think of how your smile
                      looked.
When I see the face on the moon,
I think of all the fun we had
                       together.
When I see figures in the clouds,
I think of all the times we
                   went fishing together.
Everynight at 12:00am I think of you
getting up for work so we
have food and a roof over our head.
Every afternoon around 1:30pm I'm
  wishing you home again,Daddy.
