Trip and Fall To be understood as to understand To be lended a hand as to lend a hand To be be forgiven as to forgive but the hardest thing is the pain we have to live Express your feelings, don't lie It breaks you down if you defy Life is going to be filled with bumps in the road That is when we need love the most to unfold Nothing should come before family or a friend Whether it's sorrow, heartbreak or even your life's end For any friend I would sacrifice myself Because friends and family is lifes' true wealth Sometimes these rules are broken for you You gotta do what you gotta do Or course the judgement can always be wrong the argument will last for who knows how long What's right and wrong is sepereated between a wall But like I said there will be bumps in the road and of course we'll trip and fall but it's important to regain ourselves a friend then we can get up and walk with life again.
Reason for writing:
The reason I wrote this poem is because I am 14 and I went through hell the pass few weeks. It broke me down and it made not want to live. Then some friends talked to me about moving on. I finally got over the problem and started living again. So ths poem is about being yourself and not letting anyone or anything get in your way to being happy.
