In The Line Of Fire

by phenomenal woman - Leo

In the line of fire I stand, holding out my hand,
wishing the pain would end.
Hoping this pain we call love, would vanish.
Loving it and hating it all at the sametime.
Standing in the line of fire.
Spinning out of control, watching my life as it turns me inside out, Can't give up the pain, wanting it, needing it, desperately seeking it.
In the line of fire I stand.
A dark cloud filled my chest taking all the life out of me.
crying, hating this pain, wanting this pain, most of all needing this pain, the pain of being in love.
In the line of fire I stand.
Day by day, I stand in the line of fire, feeding off the love that was sent here for me to take. Scared to speak, scared to seek, scared to end this lust, secretly within me.
In the line of fire I stand.
Regretting the day it came in my life but loving the taste of love sweet company.
I stand in the line of fire
Feeling like im wasting my time on a love that will never be, that will never fill this empty space, or kindle this lonely heart.
Holding it near, insisting that I should let it go.
In the line of fire I stand
Wishing upon the high heavens to release this pain of passion and lust that seems to open my soul like a dying flower seeking new life.
Does love suppose to make your heart ache? I ask myself.
Is my body filled with this pain of love for a reason?
I wonder whats the purpose of this pain in side of love? What does it all suppose to mean?
If this love be true,in due time,it will tell all.
In the line of fire I stand

Reason for writing:

A lot of people don't know what the meaning of love is. some just say it, to be saying it.. if your going to love someone love them with your hole heart.leave no openings for someone eles to still that love of way.. worship there every movement, there every breath. give your total existance to them..never stop believing in them. thats the key to a great love.
