She stands upon a beaten cliff with eyes stained wet with tears. Her heart it aches for one yet lost seemed gone for many years. She longs for love that once was hers but to the rocks she's pinned. The waves they call her name aloud, "oh Emperess of the Wind". She speakes her plea onto the sea but yet it never calls so it has forever been another tear it falls. So now she crys onto the waves to beg if she has sinned. The water wispers "That can not be oh Emperess of the Wind".
Reason for writing:
I think it is so captivating to write about a woman or man or animal that is kept from love that longs so badly to be with their true love once more.
