You rode into my life on your white horse rescuing me from my loneliness. You gave me the blanket of yur love to kep me warm. My heart was so cold and hurt,I could not feel. You built the castle of my dreams. It's walls made of love and security. You found the key to my heart.I never knew there was a door. My knight, you've defeated all my enemies.Fear.Distrust.Pain. You have saved me.
Reason for writing:
I was on the internet last night reading some poetry on other sites and I got to thinking what it would be like to have a person care very deeply for you and want to spend their lives with you. and loving so much and not being alone anymore.having someone to share things with.to talk to.Please tell me your thoughts on my poems.
