To glide and to sing Like the swallows up high To dart and to soar When the evening is nigh How high can you fly Up there in the sky? Your short little beak Your mouth open wide Taking your food From the air as you glide How high can you fly Way up in the sky? You dart and you fly Around the church spire Then come to rest On the telegraph wire How high do you fly Up there in the sky? From your long pointed tail To the shape of your wings There's nothing quite like A swallow that sings How high do you fly In that great blue sky? Soon you'll fly south You'll be far away I wish somehow I could beg you to stay Take me with you way up high I want to live like you in the skyBirth sign: Virgo
