Sunday Drive

by FireFly - Libra

Upside down, round and round-
Circles and revolutions-
Spiraling you to a funky love-
If it was-
A drug-
A woman’s touch-
You can’t get a way-
With out thinking about it so much-

So I suggest-
Drive a long stretch highway-
Top down-
Any old Chevrolet-
Gimmie a Grand National-
Or A Sting Ray-
Dam, I love having you-
In the passenger seat-

Leaving on a Sunday-
On God Day-
Going for a ride-

Behind the steering wheel-
Smoking my cig-
Night comes crawling out-
Nocturnal beasts-
The coldest blood-
On the warmest night-
You turn me on-
You’re dress is off-
Loving your soft skin-
Legs so long-
Your eyes, I’m gone-
You say you want-
I say I’m devout-
Sunday Drive-
Leaves the worries behind-
